Nutella Fudge

Millie Pham

This Nutella Fudge is ridiculously creamy, super chocolatey, and has that rich, nutty hazelnut flavor we all love. It melts in your mouth, takes just a few ingredients, and no fancy equipment needed—just stir, pour, and chill!

If you’re a Nutella fan, you need to try this.

Let’s do it!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional topping: Chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder, or a drizzle of melted chocolate

Pro Tips

  1. Use high-quality chocolate. It makes the fudge extra smooth and rich.
  2. Melt the chocolate slowly. Low heat or short microwave bursts keep it from burning.
  3. Let it set completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting for the perfect texture.
  4. Line your pan with parchment paper. It makes lifting the fudge out so much easier.
  5. Customize it! Add crushed cookies, mix in mini marshmallows, or sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for extra flavor.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Medium saucepan
  • Spatula
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife for cutting

Substitutions & Variations

  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut condensed milk.
  • Sweeter version: Use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
  • Crunchy texture: Stir in crushed hazelnuts or cookie crumbles before chilling.
  • Extra Nutella kick: Swirl an extra spoonful of Nutella on top before refrigerating.

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and Nutella, stirring constantly until smooth.

    Leftovers & Storage

    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
