What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter), mixed with water
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional)
  • ½ banana, sliced (optional topping)

Instructions
