Cherry Vanilla Fudge

Millie Pham

This Cherry Vanilla Fudge is creamy, dreamy, and full of sweet cherry goodness. It’s got that rich vanilla fudge base, swirls of cherry flavor, and little bites of juicy cherries in every piece.

It’s the perfect mix of smooth, chewy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Plus, it looks as good as it tastes!

Let’s get into it.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries (patted dry)
  • 1 tbsp maraschino cherry juice
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional topping: Extra cherry pieces or white chocolate drizzle

Pro Tips

  1. Dry the cherries well! Pat them with paper towels to keep the fudge from getting too soft.
  2. Melt the chocolate slowly. White chocolate burns easily—stir constantly and use low heat.
  3. Let it set completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting for the best texture.
  4. Swirl the cherry juice in gently. Don’t overmix if you want those pretty red streaks!
  5. Go all out with toppings. Drizzle with white chocolate or sprinkle extra chopped cherries on top for extra flavor.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Medium saucepan
  • Spatula
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife for cutting

Substitutions & Variations

  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk.
  • Extra cherry flavor: Add ¼ tsp almond extract to enhance the cherry taste.
  • Crunchy version: Stir in crushed vanilla wafers or chopped almonds.
  • Sweeter version: Mix in a drizzle of honey or caramel sauce.
