Cucumber Mint Milk Tea

Millie Pham

This Cucumber Mint Milk Tea is what I make when I want something cool and different. It’s a blend of cucumber juice, mint leaves, floral jasmine tea, and milk—super refreshing and not too sweet. It tastes like spa water and milk tea had a baby, and honestly, I love that for us. You don’t need anything fancy to make it, and it’s the perfect summer sip.

I made this on a hot day with leftover cucumbers and tea—and it blew my mind. It’s weird in the best way: super clean, lightly sweet, and actually hydrating.

Oat or almond milk work great, but dairy is good too! Use what you like.

Can I make it ahead?
Yes! Just keep it in the fridge and give it a stir before serving.

Is it sweet?
You control that! Add honey or simple syrup to taste, or leave it out for a more herbal vibe.
