Let’s get baking!

What You’ll Need

For the Doughnuts:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Dalgona Coffee Topping:

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water

For Garnish (Optional but delicious!):

  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • A few coffee beans
  1. Use instant coffee for the best fluffy Dalgona topping!
  2. For extra soft doughnuts, don’t overmix the batter.
  3. Let the doughnuts cool completely before adding the whipped coffee topping.
  4. If the Dalgona coffee is too thick, add 1 extra tsp of hot water.
  5. Store leftovers in the fridge to keep the topping fluffy!
