Pink Starburst Martini

Millie Pham

If you love sweet, fruity cocktails that taste just like candy, this Pink Starburst Martini is going to be your new favorite! It’s smooth, creamy, and bursting with that classic pink Starburst flavor.

Perfect for girls’ night, parties, or whenever you want a fun, Instagram-worthy drink.

Let’s shake up some magic!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz watermelon schnapps
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 oz half-and-half (for creaminess!)
  • 1 tbsp pink Starburst-infused simple syrup (optional, see below!)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Pink sugar (for rim)
  • 1 pink Starburst (for decoration)

Pro Tips

  1. Chill the glass! Pop your martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes for the best experience.
  2. Use high-quality vodka. Vanilla vodka makes this drink extra smooth.
  3. Want it even creamier? Add an extra splash of half-and-half.
  4. Make it extra pink! Use a drop of food coloring if you want a more vibrant pink hue.
  5. No watermelon schnapps? Swap it for strawberry liqueur or pink lemonade vodka.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass
  • Small plate for rimming
  • Spoon for stirring

Substitutions & Variations

  • No alcohol? Use strawberry lemonade and coconut milk for a mocktail version.
  • Dairy-free? Swap half-and-half for coconut cream or almond milk.
  • Want it tangier? Add a splash of fresh lemon juice.
