Raspberry Rose Sangria

Millie Pham

If you love fruity, floral drinks with a little sparkle, this Raspberry Rose Sangria is the perfect springtime sip! It’s light, refreshing, and packed with fresh raspberries, citrus, and a hint of rose.

Perfect for brunch, garden parties, or just because!

Let’s mix up a pitcher of something beautiful.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine (chilled)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 orange (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup raspberry liqueur (like Chambord)
  • ½ cup sparkling water (for a little fizz!)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Edible rose petals (for garnish, optional)

Pro Tips

  1. Let it sit! The longer the sangria chills, the better the flavors blend.
  2. Want it sweeter? Stir in a little extra honey or a splash of orange juice.
  3. Make it extra floral! Add a few drops of rose water for a delicate, romantic touch.
  4. Serve it chilled. Sangria is best icy cold, so pop the pitcher in the fridge before serving.
  5. Go extra fancy! Rim the glasses with sugar and crushed freeze-dried raspberries.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Large glass pitcher
  • Wooden spoon for stirring
  • Wine glasses for serving

Substitutions & Variations

  • No alcohol? Use sparkling rosé or pink lemonade instead of wine.
  • Extra bubbly? Swap sparkling water for champagne or prosecco.
  • Berry mix? Add blackberries or strawberries for even more flavor!
