The best part?

It’s super easy to make—just blend, pour, and enjoy!

Even the kids can help with this one.

What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Pro Tips

✅ Use chilled watermelon for an extra-refreshing drink!
✅ Blend in small batches if your blender is on the smaller side.
✅ Want a slushie? Freeze the watermelon cubes first.
✅ Swap honey for maple syrup or skip it if your watermelon is already sweet.
✅ Add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy twist!

Tools You’ll Need

  • Blender
  • Citrus squeezer (or your hands!)
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Tall glasses for serving

Substitutions & Variations

  • No coconut water? Just use regular water or even orange juice.
  • Make it fancy! Add a splash of coconut milk for a creamier texture.
  • Adult version? Mix in a little rum or tequila for a refreshing cocktail.

Make Ahead Tips

  • Blend everything except the ice and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Just shake and pour over ice when ready!
