Pecan Praline Fudge

Millie Pham

If you love buttery, caramelized pecans and melt-in-your-mouth fudge, this Pecan Praline Fudge is going to be your new favorite treat! It’s creamy, rich, and packed with toasty pecans coated in a brown sugar praline glaze.

Every bite is smooth, nutty, and perfectly sweet.

Let’s make it!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans (toasted for extra flavor)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional topping: Extra caramelized pecans, a drizzle of caramel, or a sprinkle of flaky sea salt

Pro Tips

  1. Toast the pecans! It makes them extra crunchy and brings out their natural sweetness.
  2. Don’t overcook the praline mixture. Keep the heat low and stir constantly to prevent burning.
  3. Let it set completely. Chill for at least 2 hours so the fudge firms up perfectly.
  4. Line your pan with parchment paper. This makes lifting and cutting the fudge so much easier.
  5. Add a sprinkle of sea salt. A tiny pinch on top balances the sweetness beautifully.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Medium saucepan
  • Spatula
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife for cutting

Substitutions & Variations

  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk.
  • Extra caramel flavor: Stir in ½ tsp caramel extract for a deeper, richer taste.
  • Sweeter version: Add 1 tbsp maple syrup for extra warmth and sweetness.
  • Crunchy version: Mix in crushed toffee bits for an extra crunch.

Instructions

1. Make the praline pecans.

In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream until melted and bubbling. Stir in pecans and salt, coating them completely. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
