Cinnamon Roll Fudge

Millie Pham

If you love gooey cinnamon rolls and melt-in-your-mouth fudge, this Cinnamon Roll Fudge is about to be your new favorite treat! It’s smooth, creamy, and packed with warm cinnamon flavor, plus a swirl of sweet icing on top—just like a cinnamon roll!

And the best part? No baking, no waiting for dough to rise—just melt, mix, and chill.

Let’s do this!

What You’ll Need

For the Fudge:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg (optional, for extra warmth!)
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

For the Icing Drizzle (Optional):

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Pro Tips

  1. Swirl the cinnamon gently! Use a toothpick or skewer to create beautiful swirls without mixing everything together.
  2. Let it set completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting for perfect slices.
  3. Use high-quality cinnamon. Fresh cinnamon gives the best warm, bakery-style flavor.
  4. Make it extra special! Sprinkle crushed pecans or graham cracker crumbs on top for added texture.
  5. Want a stronger cinnamon roll flavor? Add ½ tsp butter extract to the fudge for a buttery, bakery-fresh taste.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Medium saucepan
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife for swirling and cutting

Substitutions & Variations

  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free white chocolate and coconut condensed milk.
  • Sweeter version: Drizzle caramel over the top before chilling.
  • Extra cinnamon kick: Add a pinch of cinnamon to the white chocolate fudge base.
  • Crunchy version: Stir in crushed cinnamon sugar cookies or chopped pecans before swirling.
