Pro Tips for the Best Iced Coffee

  1. Brew your coffee ahead of time – Let it cool completely to prevent a watered-down drink.
  2. Use high-quality caramel – A thick, rich caramel sauce makes a big difference in flavor.
  3. Adjust the sweetness – If you like it sweeter, add more caramel or sugar; if not, reduce it.
  4. Chill your glass – A cold glass keeps your iced coffee from melting too quickly.
  5. Blend for a frappe vibe – Throw everything in a blender with ice for a thicker, blended version.

Substitutions & Variations

  • Milk options: Use almond, oat, or coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Sugar-free: Swap in sugar-free caramel and sweeteners for a lighter drink.
  • Stronger coffee: Use cold brew instead of regular coffee for a bolder flavor.

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the White Chocolate

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.
