Millie Pham

If you love sweet, citrusy margaritas with a fun pastel twist, this Pastel Paradise Margarita is a must-try! It’s smooth, refreshing, and comes in dreamy pastel shades, making it perfect for spring parties, Easter brunch, or any time you want a colorful, tropical vibe.

Let’s shake up something beautiful!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz triple sec (or orange liqueur)
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp pastel-colored simple syrup (see how to make below!)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Pink or blue sugar (for rim)
  • Lime wedge

Pro Tips

  1. Chill the glass! Pop it in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
  2. Want extra color? Use a drop of food coloring to enhance the pastel effect.
  3. Make it creamier! Add a splash of vanilla creamer or coconut milk.
  4. Go for a frozen version! Blend all ingredients with ice for a slushy texture.
  5. Non-alcoholic version? Swap tequila for coconut water and triple sec for orange juice.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Margarita glass
  • Small plate for rimming
  • Spoon for stirring

Substitutions & Variations

  • No alcohol? Use sparkling lemonade instead of tequila.
  • Extra fruity? Add a splash of mango or peach purée.
  • More tropical? Swap lime juice for fresh passionfruit juice.
