Cherry Blossom Fizz

Millie Pham

If you love light, floral cocktails with a pop of cherry, this Cherry Blossom Fizz is about to be your new favorite springtime sip! It’s refreshing, slightly sweet, and bubbly, with a delicate floral twist that makes it feel extra fancy.

Perfect for brunch, garden parties, or just because you want a pretty drink in your hand!

Let’s mix one up!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz cherry juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 oz gin (or vodka for a lighter taste)
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey syrup (honey mixed with warm water)
  • 2-3 oz sparkling water (for that fizz!)
  • Ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • Thin cherry slices
  • Edible cherry blossoms or a lemon twist

Pro Tips

  1. Use fresh cherry juice! It gives the best natural sweetness and color.
  2. Want it sweeter? Add an extra ½ oz of honey syrup.
  3. No elderflower liqueur? Swap it for a splash of orange liqueur or simple syrup.
  4. Make it non-alcoholic! Skip the gin and add more sparkling water + a splash of white grape juice.
  5. For extra chill, freeze cherries and use them as ice cubes!

Tools You’ll Need

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Tall glass
  • Measuring jigger
  • Spoon for stirring

Substitutions & Variations

  • No alcohol? Use sparkling lemonade instead of gin.
  • Extra floral? Add a few drops of rose water or hibiscus tea.
  • More tart? Increase the lemon juice for a brighter flavor.
