Who says you can’t have cookies for breakfast? This Cookies and Cream Protein Shake is thick, creamy, and tastes like a milkshake—but it’s packed with protein and healthy ingredients to keep you full and energized.

Just blend, sip, and enjoy!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or cookies & cream protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • 2 chocolate sandwich cookies (plus 1 extra for topping)
  • ½ frozen banana (for natural sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

For Toppings (Optional but Delicious!):

  • Crushed cookies
  • Whipped cream
  • Drizzle of chocolate syrup
