Boozy Bunny Shake

Millie Pham

If you love creamy milkshakes and a little extra kick, this Boozy Bunny Shake is about to be your new favorite Easter treat! It’s rich, chocolatey, and packed with vanilla and Irish cream liqueur, making it the perfect adults-only dessert drink. And the best part?

It’s ridiculously easy to make!

Let’s blend up some fun!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk (whole or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur (like Godiva)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 small chocolate bunny (for garnish, optional)

Pro Tips

  1. Use high-quality ice cream! It makes the shake extra thick and creamy.
  2. Want it boozier? Add an extra splash of Irish cream or chocolate liqueur.
  3. Make it dairy-free! Use oat or almond milk and dairy-free ice cream.
  4. Extra chocolatey? Blend in a spoonful of Nutella or a handful of chocolate chips.
  5. Want it even more fun? Serve it in a hollow chocolate bunny instead of a glass!

Tools You’ll Need

  • Blender
  • Tall milkshake glass
  • Spoon for drizzling chocolate
  • Straw for serving

Substitutions & Variations

  • No alcohol? Skip the liqueurs and use chocolate milk instead.
  • Extra creamy? Add ½ a frozen banana for a thicker texture.
  • Crunchy version? Blend in crushed cookies or chocolate pieces.
  • Caramel twist? Swap the chocolate liqueur for caramel liqueur and drizzle caramel sauce.
