Springtime Spritz

Millie Pham

If you want a light, refreshing cocktail that tastes like sunshine, this Springtime Spritz is exactly what you need! It’s bubbly, citrusy, and just a little floral, making it perfect for brunch, patio lounging, or any spring celebration.

It’s also super easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Let’s pour up something pretty!

What You’ll Need

  • 3 oz prosecco (chilled)
  • 2 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • ½ oz fresh orange juice
  • Thin orange slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh rosemary sprig or edible flowers (for garnish, optional)
  1. Chill everything! Cold prosecco and juice make the drink extra refreshing.
  2. Want it sweeter? Add ½ oz of honey or simple syrup.
  3. Go extra fancy! Rim the glass with sugar or edible glitter.
  4. Make it non-alcoholic! Swap prosecco for sparkling white grape juice.
  5. Experiment! Try adding a splash of grapefruit juice or peach purée for a different twist.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Wine glass
  • Measuring jigger
  • Spoon for stirring

Substitutions & Variations

  • No alcohol? Use sparkling lemonade or club soda.
  • Extra citrus? Add a squeeze of lemon or grapefruit juice.
  • Herbal twist? Muddle in fresh basil or thyme instead of rosemary.
