Caramel Almond Milk Iced Coffee

Millie Pham

There’s something magical about a smooth, caramel-swirled iced coffee.

This one is creamy, just the right amount of sweet, and made with almond milk for a light and refreshing twist.

It’s the perfect pick-me-up for busy mornings or a little afternoon treat.

Plus, it’s way cheaper (and tastier!) than grabbing one at a coffee shop.

Let’s make it!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
  • ½ cup almond milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Pro Tips

  1. Use cold coffee – Brew your coffee ahead and chill it for the best flavor. Hot coffee melts the ice too fast!
  2. Customize the sweetness – Add more or less caramel and maple syrup to suit your taste.
  3. Creamier texture – Swap almond milk for oat milk or a splash of heavy cream if you like it extra rich.
  4. Shake it up – Mix everything in a jar with a lid and shake for a super frothy texture.
  5. Coffee cubes! – Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays so your drink never gets watered down.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon (for stirring)
  • Small pitcher (for pouring milk)
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Straw (optional, but fun!)

Substitutions & Variations

  • Milk options – Try oat milk, cashew milk, or regular milk.
  • Sugar-free – Use a sugar-free caramel sauce and skip the maple syrup.
  • Decaf version – Use decaf coffee if you’re avoiding caffeine.
  • Extra indulgent – Add whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top.

Make-Ahead Tips

  • Brew your coffee the night before and chill it in the fridge.
  • Mix the caramel, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in advance so it’s ready to go.

How to Make It

1. Brew and Chill the Coffee

If you haven’t already, brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool completely in the fridge.
