What You’ll Need

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup cold brewed coffee (or espresso + ice)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or any milk you like)
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional but amazing!)
  • Handful of ice (if needed for extra thickness)
