This Turmeric Ginger Milk Tea is like a warm hug in a mug. It’s a simple mix of earthy turmeric, spicy fresh ginger, and creamy milk steeped with caffeine-free rooibos tea. The color is a beautiful golden yellow, and it’s just the thing when you want something soothing, cozy, and good-for-you. It’s calming, gently spiced, and totally comforting—especially on chilly mornings or when you’re winding down at night.

💛 Why I Love This Recipe

This is my go-to when I want something warm and soothing that still feels special. The ginger gives it a little kick, the turmeric makes it golden and earthy, and the rooibos makes it feel like a tea latte without the caffeine.

❓ FAQ

Can I use powdered ginger instead of fresh?
Yes! Use ½ teaspoon if you don’t have fresh ginger.

Is rooibos tea required?
Nope! You can skip it or swap for chamomile or any non-caffeinated herbal tea.

Why add black pepper?
It helps your body absorb the good stuff in turmeric (curcumin). You won’t taste it much.

Can I make this ahead?
Yes—just store it in the fridge and reheat gently before serving.

Can I drink it cold?
Definitely! Let it cool and serve over ice for an iced golden milk tea.
