Bunny Tail Martini

Millie Pham

If you love sweet, creamy cocktails with a little festive flair, this Bunny Tail Martini is about to be your new favorite! It’s smooth, coconutty, and just the right amount of indulgent, making it perfect for spring celebrations, Easter parties, or just treating yourself.

And the best part? It’s super easy to make!

Let’s shake things up!

What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • ½ oz simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Ice cubes

For the Rim & Garnish:

  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (toasted or plain)
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (for rimming the glass)
  • 1 large marshmallow (for the “bunny tail”)

Pro Tips

  1. Chill the glass! Pop your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes before serving for an extra frosty effect.
  2. Use full-fat coconut cream. It makes the drink extra rich and creamy.
  3. Toast the coconut. Lightly toasting the shredded coconut brings out a deeper, nuttier flavor.
  4. Adjust the sweetness. If you like it sweeter, add a bit more simple syrup or use sweetened coconut cream.
  5. Make it extra fun! Dip half the rim in melted white chocolate before adding the coconut for a dessert-like touch.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini or coupe glass
  • Small plate for rimming
  • Strainer

Substitutions & Variations

  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free white chocolate liqueur or swap for almond liqueur.
  • Stronger version: Add ½ oz more vodka for a boozier kick.
  • Sweeter version: Drizzle a little honey or white chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring.
  • Blended version: Blend everything with ice for a frozen Bunny Tail Martini.
